Sales Negotiation Training Class – Available as Online (On Line) Seminar, Webinar Class or Monthly Public Workshop

For most business people, negotiating is among one of the most stressful and intimidating aspects of their job. Yet, we are all born negotiators; we have been doing it since we were kids. Maybe we didn’t call it negotiating, but every time we asked for a turn on the Nintendo or to borrow the car, or for a little extra something we were negotiating. In our negotiation training class, we build on your natural affinity for negotiation and we help to sharpen it for today’s competitive business climate. Everything you need to learn, from planning to tactics to developing trust with all parties involved, is included in this class or online (on line) seminar or Webinar. When the negotiation class is over we even offer a free negotiation tip line where you can read up on useful new negotiation ideas whenever you like. For over 30 years, we have been recognized as an industry leader in the field of negotiation training. We look forward to serving you at one of our seminars, workshops, or negotiations Webinars.

Sales Negotiations Training Class

Our "Sales Negotiations Training Class" is held as a two-day seminar that is designed to develop and strengthen the sales negotiation training skills of your sales managers and sales repress in a way that also helps to maintain lasting, beneficial, client relationships. Our hands-on negotiations seminar and Webinar uses many intuitive devices and practices which enhance the negotiations skill development process. In our face to face seminar we include extensive videotaped role plays, negotiation exercises, negotiation games and personal feedback to provide each sales representative and sales manager with the skill and confidence necessary to communicate effectively and respond constructively during even the most difficult negotiation situations.

This intensive negotiation training experience provides comprehensive instruction for planning and executing both one-on-one and team negotiations. Whether the scenario involves face-to-face or telephone negotiations, either in-house or out in the field, the preparation our students receive in the art of sales negotiation will produce more wins and, at the same time, preserve, and even improve, more business relationships. The sales negotiation process is clearly interwoven into the negotiation class and is an integral part of the negotiation seminar environment.

Seminar Objectives:

Participants in the "Sales Negotiations" seminar will learn to:

  • Maximize effectiveness in strategic, tactical, telephone and face-to-face sales negotiation situations to increase profits through well-planned and executed collaborative negotiations

  • Effectively negotiate from the position of long-term value over lowest price

  • Effectively handle customer relationships and their behavior during and after difficult negotiations

  • Understand their value, price their value, sell their value and negotiate terms and conditions that allow you to leave less money on the table

  • Build customer relationships by creating outcomes that benefit all parties in a negotiation situation (Building Deal Bundles)

  • Eliminate wasted conflict and deadlocks in negotiations (5 phases)

  • Change the focus from negotiation tactics to planning and strategy while reinforcing key corporate values
