The one-hour Executive Sales Skills Training workshop provides a highly informative, condensed learning introduction that enables executives to successfully support sales efforts by understanding their role in the sales process. Discussions are centered on the key needs of other executive influencers, buyers and decision makers that will often be involved in large or complex sales situations. Individual exercises, discussion sessions, condensed executive-level learning materials and lectures are all designed to reinforce the learning process and enable executives to immediately put to use the concepts taught in this workshop. Planning worksheets and exercises are integrated into the Executive Sales Skills Training program materials to reinforce the ability to apply learned strategies into key customer accounts.
