The "Consultative Selling Skills" class I attended has helped me gain new skills and insights into the selling process.
For example, the seven videotapings of my presentations allowed me to see my presentation style which means I can project a better image with my clients.
The course manual allowed me to practice my skills on an ongoing basis which had the benefit of getting me selling consultatively, quicker.
