Our interactive format uses actual telephone switching equipment or audio taped phone directories, allowing participants to hone specific telephone sales skills. The seminar covers all aspects of telesales. including incoming calls, outgoing calls, order taking, prospecting, selling, customer service, collection, and telephone etiquette.
"Telephone Sales Skills" takes into consideration the fact that the telephone sales process is affected by the unique needs of each customer.
